How exactly do I "register" a lead to ensure I receive credit? ▼
To qualify for commission credit, you must officially register a lead by initiating a direct, written email introduction between a verified decision-maker at the prospective private hospital (such as the Medical Director, Chief Executive Officer, Hospital Administrator, or IT Committee Chair) and an authorized Agimat Health executive. Once that email is sent and acknowledged, the facility is exclusively locked to your partner profile for 12 months.
What does "Cash Collected Basis" mean for commission payouts? ▼
Commissions are paid strictly on actual funds received and cleared in Agimat Health's bank accounts. If the hospital pays their Year 1 license in a single upfront payment, your entire commission is disbursed within 15 calendar days. If the hospital pays in milestone tranches or quarterly installments, you receive your agreed percentage on each installment as it clears. We do not pay commissions on uncollected invoices or defaulted balances.
Why are public and government hospitals excluded from the program? ▼
We operate with uncompromising moral integrity and strictly refuse to participate in kickbacks, backroom dealmaking, bribery, or compromised public bidding schemes. Because public healthcare procurement in the Philippines (governed by Republic Act No. 9184 and anti-graft statutes) carries severe systemic risks, all government, military, and municipal hospitals and health centers are strictly and permanently excluded from the Referral Partnership Program. We only engage in clean, legitimate, and fully transparent commercial referral agreements for accredited private hospitals, medical foundations, and private diagnostic clinic chains.
What happens to my recurring residual income if I leave the partner program? ▼
Under our standard contract's "Survival of Commissions" clause, agreement termination does not revoke or void your right to earned commissions. You will continue to receive all upfront milestone payments and the 3% recurring annual royalty payments for any leads registered and closed prior to your departure, for as long as that client remains active on our platform.
Am I considered an employee of Agimat Health? ▼
No. Partners operate strictly as Independent Contractors. You cannot legally bind Agimat Health to contracts, make technical guarantees, or alter product pricing. You are free to pursue your existing clinical and hospital duties, and you are responsible for observing any personal internal conflict-of-interest policies regarding your primary clinical employer.
